Old patterns die hard Grege

April 7, 2010

As we grow we know when we are feeling ill, angered and unwanted, resistance in our lives.

THis is exactly the opposite of what you should be doing.

A change is among you and a feeling of comfort is being dissolved.

The natural reaction is to grab at the comfort zone, the familiar thing, thus creating more dis comfort.

Flow and ease, change and growth, wanted or unwanted , should be just as easy as breathing.

Learn to let go and trust in this glorious universe, God source and infinite healing. This will make the journey much more joyous.

Pain is transitional, just like happiness…how long will you hold on to the emotion?

Or… you can simply replace it with a positive one…

In loving Light your dear seer Grege
